Someone tell me how to delete pins from Pinterest

I deleted a pin I made, but it still showed up on someone else’s board. I’m worried that some pins I made might still be floating around Pinterest even after I’ve deleted them.

Can anyone explain how this works? Are my deleted pins still visible to others if they’ve saved them to their boards? Any help would be appreciated.

I believe it should eventually disappear on its own. However, if someone downloads and reposts it, they would need to delete it as well.

When you delete a pin, it vanishes from your boards and profile for good. But if someone else snagged that pin and saved it to their own board, it’ll still be there. The same goes for Pinterest pins – once someone saves it, it’s part of their collection, not tied to your account anymore. So rest assured, your deleted pins aren’t haunting Pinterest! Although, if there’s a pin you really don’t want out there and someone saved it, you can try contacting Pinterest directly to see if they can help.

  • Log in to your Pinterest account.
  • Click your profile picture at the top-right of your screen.
  • Look through your Pins until you find the Pin you want to edit.
  • Click the Pin to open it.
  • Click the ellipsis icon, then select Edit Pin.
  • Click Delete at the bottom-left corner.
  • Click Delete again to confirm.

Thanks for the good information I got from this blog :hugs: :hugs: :hugs:
