I am Curious about “Discord kittens” mentioned in servers. What are they—bots, roles, or something else? How do they function—moderation, entertainment? Seeking ways to add them to my server and community experiences. Any tips or insights on their role in Discord would be helpful as I learn more.

They’re basically just sugarbabies or eboys and egirls. If you offer them nitro or something then they become your discord kitten. I think the name comes from how cute kittens are and how they look up to they’re owner. Well basically everyone would look up to whoever gifted them nitro.
An ideal example is GeorgeNotFound, who’s Quackity’s discord kitten, although there’s jealous Dream behind it because he considers Quackity to steal George away from him.
To put it simply, they are eboys and egirls, or sugarbabies. If you give them nitro or anything, they’ll become your Discord cat. The moniker, in my opinion, comes from how much kittens like their owner and how much they look up to her. Whoever gave them the nitro would become an idol to everyone. Quackity’s disharmony cat, GeorgeNotFound, is a great example, even though Dream is jealous that Quackity is taking George away from him.
