How to change password on secondary account? It makes me log into my main account and change that password

If you change the password on your account, you don’t have to change password on additional profiles separately. The account settings will apply to all your profiles, and you can access those settings via your main profile

I want to change it on just that account. So my business partner can access it.

You can’t share Facebook account with others. If you run a page, you can give your business partner Facebook access to your page, so they manage it and use its tools and insights
