Yes, I have read stories that are similar to mine, but mine isn’t. Listen to me.
My password for Facebook has escaped me. Nothing resets my account; I can still access it on my phone.
My Google and iPhone passwords are outdated, despite my checking them. Not having much luck there.
The “forgot password” option simply asks for my password again when I use it. (View picture). There are no texts or emails on my PC or phone to assist.
If I try to log in with an old password, it just takes me back to the original screen (see image). Which I am not aware of xd.
I even attempted to email a copy of my ID, but the page displays a bandaged blue thumbs-up to indicate that it is not operational. This has continued for several weeks now!
I was hooked on to Facebook and the screen quickly changed 3-4 times before I was logged out. I tried to login in again and it stated the password was invalid (I hadn’t changed anything). I tried another Facebook account, and it was the same. Requested a password reset, received the code, entered it, and kept getting the message “Something went wrong.” The app and checking in from the browser were both completely messed up.
hi debug and associates If you’re experiencing difficulties, don’t forget to check your spam or junk mail folder for the password reset email. If necessary, you can also visit the Find Your Account Page to initiate a password reset.
