Hence, I used to get a list of my followers and following when I downloaded my data from Instagram. I get everything else now, it seems, but not these lists. Do I stand alone? I looked it up on Google, but nothing turned up. Is there another method for obtaining a copy of these lists?
You’re not alone; Instagram no longer includes these lists in data downloads. To get them, you can manually note them down, use third-party tools (with caution), or check your followers/following in the app directly.
