Yes, I always enable the cake 
emoji to appear on my birthday each year. However, I wasn’t wished a happy birthday by a close friend with whom I have a long Snap streak.
I’m starting to think that maybe her settings prevent her from seeing cake emojis on people’s names during their birthdays, if such an option exists.
I only know about the setting that allows cake emojis on your own birthday, which I have enabled.
I’m curious if every friend is guaranteed to see the cake emoji on their friends’ birthdays.
I’ll provide updates if I find out more, but I’m just wondering if EVERY friend on my list can see the cake emoji on my birthday.
