Can't install Windows after factory reset… What can I do?

I recently did a factory reset on my laptop because I planned on selling it, but now it’s asking me to download Windows again. Both options provided are for Windows 10 (volume 3), but neither of them worked. Any ideas on what might help fix this?

Why not just reinstall Windows instead of downloading it?

When you reset from settings, you usually get an option to download a fresh copy from the cloud.

Try restarting and installing Windows from the boot options.
