Hello guyz, I need some help unblocking someone on Messenger. I blocked a friend a while back, but now I want to reconnect with them. I can’t seem to find the option to unblock them. Can anyone guide me through the steps to unblock someone on Messenger? TIA

Tap your profile image in the upper left corner of the app. To access the privacy settings of your app, select Privacy from the Chats menu. After accessing the Privacy page, select Blocked accounts. Tap the person you want to unblock from this point on.

Yes, on Messenger, you can unblock someone by accessing the “Blocked People” section in settings and selecting “Unblock” next to their name.

Disabling Through the Facebook Messenger app, On the app, swipe left on the screen to access your profile image. Press Privacy when you’re in the Chats menu to open the privacy settings for your app. When you arrive to the Privacy screen, select Blocked accounts. The individual you want to unblock can then be tapped.
