I’m having trouble when playing games in any mode (full screen, borderless, or windowed). It happens randomly and makes my cursor unlock, letting it move to other windows. The problem happens most often in Minecraft and Fortnite, but sometimes in games like GTA 4/5. I’m on Windows 11, and this issue started a few weeks ago. My friends with Windows 11 laptops are experiencing it too, but instead of the cursor jumping to another monitor, it just goes to the taskbar.
Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.

I’ve been dealing with the same thing. The cursor won’t stay locked in games where it’s supposed to be centered (like first-person games). Restarting the device helps for a bit, but it’s just a temporary fix. I think this started happening after a Windows 11 update a few weeks ago, and there hasn’t been a proper fix yet.
I’m getting the same issue, mostly in first-person games. I use a program to lock my mouse to my main monitor. Windows used to have a hotkey for it, but I can’t find it now.
Lately, my mouse has been disconnecting and reconnecting whenever I play games. It only happens in games. I think there’s a mouse bug for Windows 11 users.
Cursorlock might help as a workaround.
